How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order is placed, allow 24–72 hours for processing. As soon as it ships, you'll get an email with tracking info. You can also visit our Track My Order page anytime.

How long does shipping take?

After processing (24–72 hours), orders typically ship within 3 business days. Delivery times vary by location:

United States: 7–16 business days
International: 7–20 business days

Why does shipping take a while?

Our products are sourced from fulfillment centers around the world to bring you unique items at great prices. The trade-off is slightly longer shipping times — but we promise the weird little thing you ordered is worth the wait.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Because unnecessary products deserve to reach every corner of the globe.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are based on your location, the shipping method, and the weight/volume of your order. You'll see the exact shipping cost at checkout before you confirm your order.

How do I place an order?

Find something wonderfully unnecessary, click Add to Cart or Buy Now, fill in your shipping details, and you're done. We'll take it from there.

What if my item arrives damaged or isn't as described?

We stand behind everything we sell. If something arrives damaged or isn't what you expected, contact us right away with photos and we'll make it right — whether that's a replacement or a refund.
